• Stories, characters, and illustrations
• Audio content and narrations
• User interface designs
• Trademarks and logos
• Software algorithms and functionality

Are the exclusive property of Space Lab Apps Pty Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from Sleep Buddy Kids for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from us. This includes but is not limited to:

• Copying, modifying, or distributing App content
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the software
• Creating derivative works based on our content
• Using our content for commercial purposes
• Removing or altering copyright notices
• Extracting audio files or story content
• Redistributing character designs or artwork

3. Fair Use

Limited personal, non-commercial use of Sleep Buddy Kids content may be permitted under applicable copyright fair use principles. However, attribution must always be given to Sleep Buddy Kids as the source. Fair use does not permit:

The app uses Apple's ARKit, AVFoundation, and App Store services. These are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Sleep Buddy Kids and associated logos are trademarks of Space Lab Apps Pty Ltd. All other trademarks mentioned are the property of their respective owners.

7. Copyright Infringement (DMCA Compliance)
